Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Resyl mobile application ("Application") operated by Muragun ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Application.

1Description of Service

Resyl is a personal memory system that helps you organize and manage contacts, capture notes and memories, search through your memories using AI-powered semantic search, and receive AI-generated insights.

2Eligibility & Accounts

Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Application. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

Account Security

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3Subscriptions & Payments

The Application offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current billing period. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

4User Content & Rights

You retain all ownership rights in your content. By submitting content to the Application, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, copy, modify, index, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing, securing, and improving the Application. This license terminates upon deletion of your account.

5AI Features & Limitations

The Application utilizes artificial intelligence to provide certain features. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You acknowledge that you should not rely on AI outputs for medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Content designated as "Private" is not shared with external AI services except as strictly required to provide the core service.

6Disclaimer & Liability

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the Application settings. Upon deletion, your account enters a thirty (30) day grace period. After thirty days, your account and all data will be permanently deleted.

8Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
