Muragun ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use the Resyl mobile application ("Application" or "Service").

By accessing or using the Application, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

1Information We Collect

Personal Information

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when registering for an account, including email address, name (if provided), and profile information.

User-Generated Content

In the course of using the Application, you may create, upload, or store contact information, notes and memories, records of interactions, business information, photographs, and tags.

Automatically Collected Information

When you use the Application, we automatically collect device information, application usage data, error logs, and IP address.

2Use of Information & Purpose Limitation

We use the information we collect strictly for the purposes outlined in this policy: to provide and operate the Application, create and manage your account, enable synchronization, and provide AI-powered features. We do not process your data for any other purpose without your separate and explicit consent.

3Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including Firebase (authentication), Cloudinary (image storage), Sentry (error monitoring), and PostHog (aggregated and pseudonymized analytics).

4Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit using TLS 1.3 and encryption of data at rest using AES 256-bit encryption.

5Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the Application settings (Settings > Account > Delete Account).

Upon account deletion, your data will be retained for a grace period of thirty (30) days to allow for accidental deletion recovery. After this period, all personal data, including contacts, memories, and files, will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers.

6Rights & Conduct

Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent for the processing of your data at any time by deleting your account through the Application settings or by contacting us. Upon withdrawal, we will cease processing your data and initiate the deletion process.

Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under eighteen.

7Contact Us

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, if you have any grievances, please contact our Grievance Officer. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and dispose of it within 15 days.
